Matured over 16 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, this release undergoes an intricate finishing process in Graham’s Tawny Port pipes and 30-year-old Apostoles sherry casks, imparting a layered complexity to its profile. The infusion of rare peated Dalmore whisky adds a unique character.

On the nose, the whisky presents an exquisite bouquet of manuka honey, crème brûlée, and antique leather, accented by tropical notes of pomegranate, guava, and cherry blossom. The palate is rich and inviting, revealing ripe figs, Seville oranges, and assorted forest fruits, alongside the robust undertones of toasted Colombian coffee and fermented black limes. The finish is elegantly composed, showcasing roasted chestnuts, dark cacao, sweet wood spices, and sumptuous Alphonso mangoes, harmoniously intertwined with a whisper of herbal smoke.
