When it comes to our European Union clientele, Rue Pinard operates under the EU margin scheme. This means the products sold are not subject to the standard value-added tax (VAT) within the EU. Should VAT be applicable, it will be clearly indicated in the product details.

For our international buyers, tax is deducted from the sales price

Additionally, items that are listed as "in Bond" are exempt from tax. However, tax charges may still apply depending on the client's tax status.

SHIPPING LEAD TIME

We will ship your product(s) between 24 and 72 hours after we receive your order.

• Delivery time in Europe: approximately 3-7 working days after you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
• Delivery time outside of Europe (with exception of the United States, Hong Kong, South Korea and Mainland China): approximately working 5 days after you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
• Shipping to the United States: we can ship to 27 states. Please find more information about lead times, rates and tracking information here. 
• Delivery time to Hong Kong and Mainland China: approximately 30 working days after you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
• Shipping to South Korea: we ship with Bpost. Please note that taxes are very likely charged by Korean customs. We can reship parcels that are returned to sender after renewed payment of shipping costs and return costs, or we can be refund a returned parcel minus the shipping and return costs. Bpost takes an estimated 3 weeks.
• Free Shipping requires a minimum threshold investment of 500 euro and applies for one bottle in selected countries and up to a certain weight in EU.
• Depending on the destination Duties and VAT might be charged.
