Shafer Hillside Select 2003 is a distinguished Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, renowned for its exceptional complexity and depth. The wine is crafted exclusively from grapes sourced from the Shafer estate, situated on the rugged hillside slopes of the Stags Leap District. The terroir here, characterised by volcanic soil and a temperate climate, imparts a unique mineral quality to the wine.

With a rich blend of hand-harvested grapes, this vintage displays remarkable structure and elegance. Upon tasting, expect an enthralling array of dark fruit flavours, including blackberry and plum, beautifully interwoven with hints of chocolate, spice, and oak. The tannins are polished yet assertive, delivering a long and memorable finish.
