Courvoisier Mizunara

Courvoisier Mizunara is an innovative cognac that marries French craftsmanship with Japanese artistry. This exceptional blend results from a collaboration between Courvoisier's Chief Blender, Thibaut Hontanx, and House of Suntory's Chief Blender, Shinji Fukuyo. The cognac is aged initially in French oak barrels for over a decade before undergoing a secondary maturation in rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks, imparting unique and exotic flavors.

Tasting Notes:

• Aroma: Candied orange and coconut, complemented by delicate tropical fruits, chocolate, honey, exotic flowers, and jasmine.
• Palate: Smooth and mellow, featuring vanilla, roasted cocoa, and peppery notes, leading to a complex and long-lasting finish with soft tannins and exotic sweetness.
