The GlenAllachie 35-Year-Old is a distinguished single malt Scotch whisky, representing the pinnacle of the distillery's craftsmanship. This limited-edition release, introduced in 2024, is the oldest core expression from GlenAllachie to date.

• ABV (Alcohol by Volume): 48%
• Maturation: This expression is crafted from six casks: three Pedro Ximénez, one Oloroso, and two virgin oak casks. The combination of these casks imparts a complex and rich flavor profile.
  
• Bottling: Non-chill filtered and natural color, preserving the whisky's authentic character.
  

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Aromas of mocha, cinnamon, heather honey, and pineapple, with hints of raisins, pomegranate, and eucalyptus.
  
• Palate: Layers of dark chocolate, mocha, raisins, and dried fruit, fusing with heather honey, treacle, and pineapple, with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  
• Finish: Long and warming, with lingering notes of sweet spices and tropical fruits.

Presentation:

The whisky is encased in a lavish hand-carved oak box, reflecting the distillery's dedication to quality and craftsmanship. A booklet with Master Distiller Billy Walker’s handwritten notes accompanies the bottle, providing insights into the cask selection and story behind the 35-year-old expression.
