Rue Pinard ensures your wines are delivered under the best possible conditions, directly to the destination of your choice. Each bottle is carefully prepared for shipment in bespoke packaging that is shock-resistant, isothermal, and heat-proof (Europack / Appro-Diffusion). We guarantee delivery without breakage, theft, or loss. Every shipment is fully insured against all transport-related risks.
We work exclusively with trusted international shipping partners. Standard deliveries are tracked; express services are available to select destinations. For clients in the Benelux region, collection or personal courier service can be arranged. Should damage occur during transport, please refuse the parcel, note the observations with the courier, and contact our customer service immediately. In the rare event of a significant delivery delay beyond the indicated timeframe, Rue Pinard will reimburse the delivery fees.

Our shipping rates are calculated on the basis of a twelve-bottle case equivalent. Formats of any size — magnums, halves, fillette (50 cl), or litre bottles — are automatically converted into this count when quotations are prepared.
As all wines are sourced and held in bond, shipping is invoiced separately. Clients may elect to keep their wines in bond, either temporarily or for the longer term. This service is particularly suitable for fine wines intended to mature or appreciate in value.
Delivery charges are only incurred when bottles are released from bond. The sole exception concerns items designated “Duty Paid,” where shipping costs are charged at checkout.
Shipments outside the European Union are billed exclusive of VAT and may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and excise fees, payable directly to the courier.
All shipments are made using shock-resistant, heat-insulated export packaging designed specifically for fine and rare wines.
We guarantee all consignments against breakage, loss and transport damage. Both standard tracked and express courier services are available, with full door-to-door insurance. All handling is performed by specialists in high-value shipments.
Should a parcel arrive damaged, clients are requested to refuse delivery, note the issue on the courier’s slip, and notify office@ruepinard.com without delay. In the event of a significant delay beyond the stated timeframe, Rue Pinard will reimburse the shipping fees.
To optimise shipping costs, clients may postpone release and combine multiple orders into a single consignment.
All paid orders benefit from ninety days of complimentary storage. After this period, storage fees will apply. Shipping charges are calculated on the combined case equivalent at the time of release.
Clients wishing to collect in person, or to instruct their own forwarder, may do so by appointment.

A valid form of identification is required at collection. Orders must be collected within fourteen days; thereafter, storage or handling fees may apply. Collection by an authorised representative is possible with written authorisation and presentation of identification.
All wines sold by Rue Pinard are sourced from producers, bonded warehouses or vetted private collections. They are stored exclusively under professional, temperature-controlled conditions.

Purchases made via fixed-price listings incur no commission. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.
For sales through Rue Pinard, commission ranges from five to ten per cent depending on product, volume and sales channel. Full details of handling and transport charges, applicable to bonded warehouse shipments, are set out in our Logistics Fee Schedule. Initial inbound shipments into bond are complimentary.
All payments on RuePinard.com are processed securely via Stripe, using SSL encryption.
Rue Pinard does not see or store clients’ banking details. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant servers. Payments may be made with major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets.
