The Dalmore Luminary No. 2 – 2024 Edition is the second release in a groundbreaking collaboration between The Dalmore distillery and V&A Dundee. Designed by Melodie Leung of Zaha Hadid Architects, this limited-edition whisky merges craftsmanship and architectural artistry. This release features The Collectible, a 16-year-old single malt whisky, matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and finished in Graham’s Tawny Port pipes and 30-year-old Apostoles sherry casks. A small portion of rare peated Dalmore whisky enhances the depth of this exceptional release.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Manuka honey, crème brûlée, antique leather, with tropical hints of pomegranate, guava, and cherry blossom.
• Palate: Ripe figs, Seville oranges, forest fruits, roasted Colombian coffee, and fermented black limes.
• Finish: Roasted chestnuts, dark cacao, sweet wood spices, and Alphonso mangoes with a delicate touch of herbal smoke.
