Tasting Notes:

Nose: A sweet and spicy opening with wood spices, soft ginger, nutmeg, and orange peel, evolving into rich vanilla reminiscent of crème brûlée, complemented by fig and honeydew melon.
Palate: Ginger warmth accompanied by vanilla, oak, and baked custard tart, with nuances of citrus, nutmeg, and toasted hazelnuts.
Finish: Medium length with lingering notes of woodsmoke and peach.
